Was on my way up north to see my family. Unfortunately, I didn't make it due to the wheel arch liner coming loose. When driving, it was smashing off the floor and tyres, definitely wasn't driving.Luckily, I pulled in here and was lucky enough to meet the owner - absolutely lovely fella. They were closing but he still offered to take a look. He sorted it there and then for me, didn't charge me a penny even when I offered multiple times. Has also offered me a free health check tomorrow to bring the car by, which it desperately needs.Thanks so much guys! I couldn't recommend them more.

Could smell fumes in the car, took it in, they found the fault and fixed and charged for a great price. Staff we're very friendly and helpful

Thanks HiQ Notts. Absolutely brilliant service! My windscreen wipers broke on my way to Nottingham from Newcastle and being able to pull in to HiQ and get them fixed was a life saver. Saved my windscreen, saved me money, very friendly staff and great customer care. ?

After having a damaged tyre they only had expensive tyres in stock to replace (which is fine).As it was so close to Christmas I couldn?t afford it .I asked if he could recommend anywhere he refused point blank to recommend anybody?I guess that?s just business at the end of the dayReceptionist was polite just not very helpful

This place and the staff come highly recommended. I can't praise them enough. After failing an MOT for various, questionable reasons at another "reputable" garage and them trying to charge me the earth for repairs. I contacted HiQ, after being recommended by a friend, to see if they could take a look and a 2nd opinion. They were brilliant and showed me that said work didn't need doing at all. Just a couple minor advisories. Car is now safely back on the road, MOT passed. Saved me a lot of money and stress. I will be returning here for all future works. Thank you

Awful, awful, awful, do not use this business. It took them 3 visits for them to fix the problems I took my car in for. When I picked it up from its last visit I found that my bodywork had been damaged while the car was in their possession. They very rudely denied this. I will never use them again and recommend that you don't either. Hi-Q but no IQ.

1 star is too much for this Company.. extremely overpriced.. took my car for MOT to HIQ and first they fail my MOT, and ask for few things to be repaired which they quote £656 after listening the quote i left the garage and gone to another garage and the other garage done same job for £140 include MOT fees.. paid HiQ £40 for nothing.. will never use HIQ in my life.. I would warn you that avoid this company at any cost.. it will save you money and time.. ..

Dropped my wheel off for a puncture repair, left phone number for them to ring when done as I was working nearby.7 hours later heard nothing and time to travel home so went in see if it was ready. Guy at the desk could barely turn enough to talk to me and muttered that they were busy.Took my wheel still with a flat tyreAnd went to K&M they were brilliant and I have given them 5 starsShame on HiQ for customer serviceWould give zero if possibleVery poor

Genuine lads. Dropped in for a quick exhaust repair from motorway damage and they got me in immediately and sorted it. Would gladly return if I was local, refreshing to see an honest independent place, especially considering where I'm from!
