Rooms are as you would expect from a refurbished hotel, spacious with everything you'd need for an overnight stay. The space by the bed is compromised a little bit the provision of a chair for the desk, which reduces the 'clear' walking space. Perhaps a smaller chair or adjusting the furniture size would help. A minor issue, but an issue for me ?

Nice room, very close to the centre of town. Breakfast was great.Fridge didn't work in our room (423). Shame you now have to pay for the pool, etc.

Rhianna at Citybliss has a treatment room in the Hilton hotel, Nottingham. I booked a massage for myself and daughter whilst staying at the hotel for a couple of days. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for her, she is great at customer relations and is very prompt with replies to any questions you may have. Price of massages are very competitive and would highly recommend her. We also enjoyed the spa area which comprises of pool and Juccuzi combined, steam room, sauna, along with showers and changing rooms. Will definitely be back for another visit soon! ?????The hotel itself is very central to shops and restaurants. It has a ?Bric? restaurant located inside which we used for breakfast. (buffet style) You can help yourself to a good selection of hot English breakfast or cold meats, cheese, cereal, yoghurts, pastries etc.We enjoyed our stay and will use this hotel again :-)Nearby activities: Large shopping centre, restaurants, pubs, cafes, food shops, market.Walkability: Very central to shops/restaurants and large shopping centre next door!Food & drinks: Great buffet breakfast with very helpful staff.Noteworthy details: Citybliss massage room located in the spa area. Gym, sauna, steam room, showers and changing areas.

Another excellent stay at this hotel.The rooms are now refurbished to a very good standard.Service is still of the highest standard here. We travel widely including Hiltons in India and the team more than match that very high standard.We were recognised for our Diamond Honours membership - recognition for HH membership at any level is very rare the UK sadly..Special mention to Winifred on Front Desk who was charming, engaging and informative and to John the barman who went above and beyond what we would have expected.We have read complaints about inattentive and rude staff - unbelievable and mark downs for frankly ridiculous things.A poorly stocked bar - the one in reception is amply stocked with a wide variety of wines, beers and spirits - did you would not think to ask if there was another bar?Issues around where towels were placed - seriously?"Im a diamond member and didnt get the room I wanted" - how could you not have updated your room preferences when you stay so often in Hiltons and why did you not check in before you arrived to choose your own room?Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of baked goods; breads/bagels; continental items including fish and cold meats; grains, cereals and seeds and a full range of "traditional" hot breakfast items.The only let down is the hot drinks scenario. The unavailability of coffee or tea in pots is incredibly frustrating - that isn't even available on request - more than one cup requires more than one trip to a solitary (coffee machine. Having to keep an eye on whether there is a queue for it to get another cup of something or biting the bullet to stand around queuing is not a feature I want included in my breakfast experience. 1 machine / no pot option defies understanding in such a customer focussed hotel.That said, we dont ever think of staying anywhere else in Nottingham.

This was a decent hotel. We got a compact room and we're disappointed of how small it was. Staff were nice and the spa/pool was ok. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a wonderful range of juices, cereals and much more, no complaints there. Had a massage and the young lady named Sienna ant it was simply amazing.

A historical building at a central location. Most rooms have been renovated well, but due to the old nature of the building most rooms are small.I visited many times for business over the past three years and the service always has been very attentive and friendly. The gym is quite good too.Certainly would recommend this place to anyone looking for a 4-star hotel right in the centre of Nottingham.

Stayed at the Hilton Nottingham on business. What you want after a hard day at work is a comfortable clean room. The photos tell their own story.....Rooms: The room I stayed in was dark and gloomy even in the daytime .The bedlinen was shocking, how hard is it to find the right size for the bed. Dirty pillows, overstuffed pillow cases. I've stayed in better Bed and Breakfast properties than this place. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

Definitely a good Hilton. I originally booked just for myself, but a friend spontaneously joined the trip. The staff tried very hard to give us a room with two large beds despite our early check-in. With success. The rooms were classically furnished and modernly equipped. The cleanliness was impeccable.The breakfast also had everything you would expect.Rooms: Classic style but modernly equipped. Very clean.Walkability: Central location. There are countless restaurants, pubs and shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Almost all important points in the city can be reached within 10 minutes.

Everything we needed. Quite small room but quiet. Very good breakfast and the staff were very helpful fitting in our large family group.
