Food absolute pale imitation of what it was before. Gyozas are no longer crispy and slathered in sauce but supermarket frozen and wet dumplings. Broth no longer screams homemade and isn't great. Changed the cut of pork to a cheaper one that's no longer to my taste. Would just go to everyday people instead for a less disappointing experience

One of my favourite places in Nottingham.
The ramen is beautiful, so tasty and flavours really shine through. The katsu curry is flawless: reminds me of Curry House Coco in Tokyo, they just keep making it even better.
Service is SO friendly, everyone who works here is so friendly and welcoming, honestly some of the best service you?ll receive.
You never feel rushed nor forgotten about. Leave feeling full, happy and the food is so reasonably priced.
Hey Chilli! Was a favourite and this place has slotted perfectly into their shoes :)

Super, super tasty! We were also missing HeyChilli and spotted HeyDanna had opened. I think we?ll probably call this the best ramen in Nottingham. Broth was insanely flavourful, the spicy miso was very spicy so do be aware. Thick, rich, and sweet. Great noodles, incredible chashu.
It?s been a day and I want it again.

After the loss of my dearly beloved hey chilli, I was shocked to see a near identical ramen shop in its place. While the menus are reprinted in a new name, the food seems to be the same. I went for my usual, garlic shoyu tofu ramen and I can happily say it tastes just as good!
The tables are the same, the layout is the same, the prices are the same, the only differences is the name, a few bits of brighter decor and the playlist now being generic pop over the jazzy piano anime playlist!
The woman who served us was so lovely, and even gave my niece some rice crackers which she loved and then spent five minutes sucking crumbs off her pram ? I can wholeheartedly reccomend anyone who had to make their peace with the closure of hey chilli to come visit! It's still great!
