The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. The test itself was informative and well-explained, and I really appreciated how patient they were in answering my questions. What really impressed me was their outstanding customer service. I accidentally left behind my Stanley cup, and not only did they find it, but they kindly arranged for it to be returned to me. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I’m genuinely grateful.
