Kept on hold for 20 minutes, guy picked up then muted himself and obviously didn?t put the headset down, couldn?t be bothered to deal with the phone but didn?t want to hear it ring. Super unprofessional especially after I was asked to ring back because of an ?urgent matter?.

Car booked in for service left my car with them all day phoned them at 4 to be told it was on the ramp and ready for half five only to be told when I got there they hadn?t had time to do the work so lost a days pay as well as time unacceptable.

Don?t use this Halfords for anything. Where do I start- 1 bad and disgusting customer service, I think you need to get a different job in lone working or something. 2 first attempt took the car in for a MOT and repairs after If needed, 8am arrival the man on the desk to tell me my appointment has been cancelled. 3 so I booked another appointment with them took the car down to them to do another MOT instantly fail the car which I requested for them to repair before doing the MOT. No refused to me a quote on the repair some strange reason. I will not be coming back there again. I hope customer read the reviews before booking with this TERRIBLE branch. The man on the desk was awful. I might even go back down and get his name so I can call Halfords head office that?s how bad he and the staff was.

Took my car for an MOT and Service. I made it clear on the phone that I want the car servicing first and to know if it can be fixed by them before MOT. The first thing they did was MOT the car, fail it, then list the problems to me that I already knew existed.I also drove there with no issues with the brakes, they failed the rear off-side caliper as being seized and somehow on my way home it was very clearly seized. They failed my rear indicator bulbs for not being the correct colour. There is absolutely no issue with the bulbs or the colour, it's very clearly Amber. I do not trust the MOT tester at all. Thankfully have saying how dissatisfied I was, they cancelled my booking and it'll be refunded. But, please, avoid.

Been having my MOT & service here for a few years, and never had a problem. This year though, I booked in for my MOT for 2nd of Dec with a couple of weeks lead time. Found out 3 days before that they don?t have an MOT-er available until days after my MOT is due to run out. Tbf it could well just be staff sickness or something similar but it?s a bit annoying that now I?ve got to find somewhere else to MOT my car at short notice. The guy on the phone was lovely and apologetic but still.

Totally incompetent and rude staff. Just because my MOT slot was last in the end of the day, these incompetent staff made an excuse that they couldn?t open the bonnet which I opened it in one go and I even told them that you have to unlock the vehicle and then open the boot and these useless staff were just being an absolute useless lazy people and said we can?t do anything. The most useless place.

Very Poor garage. Told me 2 week booked of cam belt no thank so take car down road garage fix belt next day. Never going back Halfords again and man staff is very rude man and I have look garage yard. Mmmmmmm very lazy

0 star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Don't use this unprofessional company and check their poor review.Rubbish experience service and rude staff (include Regional manager!!!)On September 21, I made an appointment with Halfords Nottingham (Castle Blvd)to replace two front tyres. Air suspension fault after tyres changed and i believe mechanic lifting my car without jack mode activated and damaged the air suspension.I pop back to branch and ask mechanic to show me how to turn on jack mode.There is a joke mechanic not answer right how they turn on jack mode when he changed tyres???They kept lying to customer and wasting my time to talk to regional manage.He talking to me like as our mechanic very experience and they did not make and mistake.Long story i don't want to type it all here.Finally i paid 1200+ 500(car rental) out of my pocket to repair my car.Avoid this rubbish centre if you don't want damage your car!!!0 star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Service: Tires

Had my MOT and servicing at 11.30 according to the booking details and emails. Got a call at 11 and they said I missed my slot. Never expected such unprofessionalism from them. When I called back again to let them know that I have checked what the emails and online booking details said the receptionist Tom was way too rude. I?m really sorry to say but this is not how you should be behaving with customers.

Read all the recent reviews - these men are rude, unprofessional and just trying to make money out of you. Looking at you John. And your useless team.MOT failed as my perfectly fine windscreen wipers are a ?major defect?. Got new ones fitted, called up and said I?d have to wait 2-3 hours - originally they told me not to book in as it?d be a quick 10/15 minute job. I got him to book me in for 1:30 and I take half a day off work.I show up and ?our man?s only working half a day? and ?our other man?s on the road?. Not my problem. Yet to hear a sorry out of your mouth John. ?You shouldn?t be driving a car that?s failed its MOT?. Idiot, how else did you expect me to bring it here? And don?t you dare tell me to ?go to Sainsbury?s? whilst I wait. I have a life. How sexist.Won?t ever be coming here again. Waste of time and I?ve been driving long enough to know when people are trying to make money out of me especially being a woman. No pro activeness, complete lack of communication and disappointing customer service.Just trying to milk money out of their customers. Windscreen wipers? How ridiculous.
