Went their as received a Groupon gift for a trainee hairdresser personally wouldn?t of bought this for myself walked in very unfriendly atmosphere dark inside manger didn?t even say hello and another young girl just gave me bad vibes all I had was my hair cut shorter by a couple of inches and when I got home the back is longer than the sides so I?m not impressed the trainee can?t even cut hair level will never go back there even to complain ?Service: Hairstyling

Such a lovely salon and always happy with my hair! 2nd time I?ve been and seen Louise, who is just amazing. I got full head of highlights with a cut and blowdry and it was such a good deal. Yep...the before and after pictures are real. My hair was in a real state(as you can see) so I am really happy to have booked. They are cheater. I bought a Groupon voucher and made an appointment but a day after that I called for cancellation long before appointment date. They redeemed my voucher and denied receiving my cancellation call. I have been in contact with them over a month and finally received a message that they do not refund my money. I even sent them a snapshot of my contact detail on 16Dec. This is a faulty business.

Had a really bad experience of this salon when using a groupon - should of known better really! Pictures below show what I asked for and what I was allowed to walk out of the salon looking like (Ed Sheerans sister). My hair has been ruined and has turned ginger! I would have preferred the honesty and to have been told those highlights on my original natural hair colour wasn't achievable, but feels like they just wanted to take my money. Hidden costs as well outside of the groupon which wasn't disclosed on the small print nor when I booked my appointment. Owner (Cherie) will not refund my money nor will she offer me an alternative service free of charge and putting the blame on me - awful customer service and they have been quite rude. I'm not the one qualified to do hair but I do know if I was I would of done it alot better than that. The girl that did my hair shouldn't be allowed to touch hair. As you can see from the pictures, it is highly damaged, random blonde streaks that had been missed and completely the wrong colour. Everybody makes mistakes and I'm sure no body walks out the womb Lee Stafford...but its rudeness, dishonesty and lack of communication that I cannot stand.Service: Hair coloring

I haven't had experience like this in my life. l asked for hair cut and full hair coloring but I only had hair trim and dying the hair roots. they really are not honest as I bought a voucher through Groupon included for that service and when I did book I discussed what I want they agreed and they knew I had a voucher and take the code, but when I went there to do what I want everything is changed. she kept saying that no in the offer I can't do it and showing that she is busy and behind so even if I am going to pay she doesn't have time. Now I spend the money for voucher plus £10 for hair trim, root dying and blow dry so I went home with nothing new. actually it is sooooo annoying ??Service: Hair coloring

Such a lovely salon, all the staff are very welcoming and friendly and it's a great atmosphere for relaxing and being pampered! Steph does my hair and I'd never go anywhere else again. She's always listened to my ideas and has brought my hair back to life in such good condition, as well as going from a bright blonde balayage to the shiniest dark brunette! Steph is so friendly, we always have a lovely time and I always walk out feeling 10/10 and like a new person! I'd also recommend a nail treatment at H2O as again, such a friendly service and a gel colour always makes me feel great!Services: Updos

My first impressions of this salon were not good when I tried to use my groupon voucher to book. I found myself having to repeat myself so many times it was almost to despair ! But somehow we managed and my cut and blow dry was booked ?.On the day I arrived 15 minutes early and was ?greeted? by a surly rude woman who said you are too early I can?t let you in ,in a very abrupt manner I assumed this was due to Covid restrictions still in place although she didn?t want to offer any explanation. I left and returned at 11 am on the dot only to be shooed away like a stray cat as I started to enter the shop and was commanded to wait outside . It was evident from the appalling lack of customer service that this establishment doesn?t value customer experience and I wasn?t willing to give them any further opportunity to to prove me right ! ?.

I'm very unhappy bad customer service ? I paid £46 for a voucher from groupon I tried via email and phone and went to the salon but could not get myself booked !! and had to cancel my groupon voucher which still didn't get a refund but groupon credit a waste of my money

Hollie does my nails at h20 and I cannot recommend her highly enough. my acrylics always look prestine, she is well educated and extremely careful, ensuring that my natural nails remain healthy. perfect shape everytime and she always manages to do exactly what i want. thanks girl see you in two weeks for my infill.
