The service I received from Sinead today projected a very positive image of H Samuel and gave me the feeling that she is an absolute credit to the company. Her approach is to simply put the customer first, nothing was too much trouble and Sinead does not try to apply any unwanted sales pressure. On my first visit to the store to look at rings this was clear when Sinead suggested that I take my time with the decision, have a coffee and mull over the choices to make the right decision. This immediately left me with the feeling that whichever ring I decided on, I knew I wanted to buy it from Sinead. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and provided me with genuine advice. It was certainly a pleasurable buying experience that has left me feeling very loyal to H Samuel. I have no hesitation in recommending Sinead and H Samuel.

Quite a small store compared to others but still a good selection on display. We went in to get a better look at a few rings we saw in the window and the lady was very helpful in showing us them and bringing out a few more options to help narrow down our search. All without being too pushy for us to actually purchase anything which was nice

I had an incredible experience with Val ? she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. After checking the stock at her store and finding that the item wasn?t available, she didn?t stop there. Val took the time to check every one of their other store locations. She personally called each store to find out who could deliver the product as soon as possible, just so I could receive it in time for my friend?s birthday.
Val was not only efficient but also genuinely kind, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. She?s honestly one of the best customer service representatives I?ve ever encountered. Thank you so much, Val ? your dedication and care made all the difference!
