i come once week on thursday, and usually service was amazing, but today was different.Thew woman could not stop coughing all over our food, and even my daughter said it wasn't very nice and she is 5. i didnt catch her name, but she was obviously ill, and not wearing a mask or anything. horrific. coughing all over food?...

There’s always a queue in the rush hour times with only one staff member serving, between the hours of 7-8 there is no rush at all whilst all the customers are fuming, get more staff on at these times

Feel sorry for who ever serves twice in a row que out the door only one person serving, you should be prioritising your customers present not orders online, management need to get a grip. Nearly 30 mins for a toasted baguette some wedges and a drink,
