Called in for a sandwich and steak bake, told the bake would be done in 8 minutes. I bought the sandwich and said I'd call back. Called back 10 minutes later, steak bakes still in the oven. Stood there for 2 minutes, only customer in there, not one of the 5 members of staff I saw even acknowledged I existed. Totally rude and unprofessional.

I know it?s not a restaurant and can?t expect too much but it?s by far the worst Greggs I have had food in . Staff very friendly but food was disgusting.

Ordered the sausage roll and latte morning special for under 3 pounds. For less than 4 USD, the coffee tasted great, the roll wasn?t to my taste but filling nonetheless.4 stars because the queue was pretty long after I finished. Seems understaffed. The girl upfront was wonderful. But probably could use the extra hand.
