My main problem with this place is its dirty. I've even told Greggs and the sent me a voucher but.nothing changed. It needs a good cleaning routine

No till recent the staff did not have a clue and the manager was rude I don’t pay for my food when at work so this cost me poor service

Called in for a sandwich and steak bake, told the bake would be done in 8 minutes. I bought the sandwich and said I'd call back. Called back 10 minutes later, steak bakes still in the oven. Stood there for 2 minutes, only customer in there, not one of the 5 members of staff I saw even acknowledged I existed. Totally rude... read full comment
