No hello, please or thank you - a very conveyor belt system. Staff shove past you to get to the fridges despite there being nowhere to move to. One member in particular seems keen to try and serve multiple people at once but struggles to operate the till for a single customer let alone multiple.

Disgusting stood in a line for ages that wasn't moving one person serving and he was flustered another staff member was just not interested in helping when I finally got served tye food was cold I had a sausage cob a tea and a steak bake the only thing not cold was the drink it was luke warm overall totally Disgusting won't use again

waited 15 minutes. 1 person serving. 3 other people walking around chatting and doing nothing for the line that was out the door. guy behind the counter threw my things on the glass so it fell on the floor and i had to get a new one. absolutely terrible.
