Went into Greggs today Victoria Centre Nottingham..Everything was ok just the guy serving me had forgotten his manners ! No please or Thank you. I think you should really tell staff to remember their manners . It costs nothing at all

I am a regular customer at Greggs but today I had a very unpleasant experience with one of your staffs. My boyfriend and I were craving the spicy Mexican chicken pizza. There are 5 Greggs near our place and we couldn?t find it at any of those 5 places. On top of that the worst experiences was when I visited the Greggs store at Victoria centre Nottingham. First of all, that pizza wasnt available. I was really disheartened and just sat down on their table to decide whether to take a mocha and a bake instead. Just then a staff, a middle aged woman, working there shouted at us ?Our store is closing in the next five minutes. Also if you are not ordering anything you cant just sit there!? Let me tell you it was 7.15pm and store was supposed to close at 7.30pm which is 15 minutes later and not 5 minutes. I didn?t say anything at the time, and we left. We didn?t order as we were extremely disappointed by the tone in which the staff spoke to us. I couldn?t find any reasonable explanation for such behaviour. I did saw a group sitting inside just after 5 mins when I passed by. What should I think of this? Possibly discriminatory? Perhaps. This isn?t what I would expect from Greggs, and I believe this kind of staff conduct damages Greggs? reputation.

Counter staff were friendly and the store was nice and clean. Very busy with a long, but fast moving queue.
