I have known Greg's work previously in my work place and had no hesitation in asking him to do my kitchen floor following building work.His team are a credit to him, Steve and Lucas carried out the work. Went before Christmas for a quote on carpet for stairs and wood on living room. Carpet they didn't have, never heard about wooden floor. I gave the benefit of the doubt (being Xmas and all that) and i called again in January. The answer was the job was "to complex". The complexity was that i wanted to change the skirting and was not a just replace and fit the wooden runners they do now at the sides. Disappointing. I am trying to buy local, but with this level of service, finding it difficult
