Brilliant from start to finish. The floors on offer are all amazing value but fantastic quality. They were much more afforable than others we visited and the store team were so helpful and very knowledgable. The fitter, Nick, was great too, very professional and it looks perfect. We bought a load of click vinyl tiles for a small floor and fitted them ourselves.I spoke to one of the fitters about the best option for us and got a quote over email from Sarah.Once the floor arrived we were called immediately and we had plenty of help loading it up.Very pleased with the service and the results!

I recently visited and had a fantastic experience. Sarah and Si clearly have a great knowledge of the different flooring types and were more that happy to assist me. The store offers a huge selection of affordable flooring in various colours and has great lighting which enables you to see the quality and colour of products with no doubts. Next time I need flooring I won?t bother doing any online shopping - I will come straight to Giltbrook Tiles and Floors as I know I will get the best service and guidance from their team!Thank you! :D

I?ve spent months trying to find what I got from Giltbrook Tiles & Carpets. I phoned ahead of time asking about whether they had what I wanted, they didn?t, but in a very short amount of time, Jacob helped me with a solution, showed me my options and couldn?t do enough to help! The service has been incredible, we ended up with what we wanted and more, and the price was fantastic. We will definitely be back in the future!
