Fantastic experience all round. Really helpful staff and great quality products. Needed a bulk bag of topsoil delivering over a fence into my back garden, so called up and was put straight through to their transport team who assured me it would all be fine and easy for them. On on the day I called up for a delivery window - they came during that time and it was so straightforward, the delivery man was really nice too. Lovely quality soil. Went back 2 days later for trellis (by far the best quality out of other nearby competitors) and again the staff were happy and helpful. Will definitely use them again and again.

Bought some ballast and cement yesterday and got it delivered today without any extra delivery charge. Delivery driver was very polite and helpful. Used them for over 15 years will recommend it 100%. Daybrook branch has very helpfull staff.

As directed by Sthil I called the Somercotes branch to arrange a repair, they directed me to the Daybrook branch, twice i asked if I needed to call or make an appointment, I was told to just take my item in for a repair, no need to call.Daybrook would not repair the item ad they were to busy, fair enough but this could have been communicated prior to my hour long drive and a bit more of a sincere apology might have helped soothe my frustration.

All I needed was a small piece of wood to use as a 'ramp' outside my back door when I've come back with my shopping, And when I came to you lot for help, I got just the thing! It was a remnant of wood, and the gentleman cut it a bit smaller for me, and it's perfect! I used it today actually, and covered my step to avoid scratching, and it never moved! I've been to you for a few 'projects' that I've done, and all your help us much appreciated. Nobody laughs when I explain my tasks, that shows your listening to the customer. Thank you, and anymore projects I can think of, I'll come back to you! x

Ordered (Daybrook) Tuesday, delivered Friday.They had everything I needed, good prices and free delivery which is good as some places I looked at wanted £50 delivery on a £200 order.The nice chap that delivered it was really friendly and helpful, lovely Bloke made it a pleasure to work with them.Ordered sleepers and timber. Ordered online.
