Lacklustre service - failing twice to call when the tyres I had ordered came in and twice they have put the wrong type of tyre on my car. Convenient location but they need to try harder.

Very disappointed, took my car in to have a headlight bulb fixed, when I collected it and drove away, the engine light was on, I took it back the next day, they said the engine light was already on, I said I would have told them and asked them to look at it if it was, also why didn't they mention it to me if it was on, then he said it will cost me £45 to look at it, not to fix it..

Made an appointment and paid for 2 tires for my car including free wheel alignment check and free winter safety check. Reached the centre on the appointment day, they received my car and told me it will take 1 hour. I agreed and waited, after 45 minutes I got a call and surprise - the tires are not in stock. I was told that they will check with the online team and let me know on next working day, I have waited till noon of next working day, no calls or messages from them. I went directly and asked, they told - Oh yes your tires are in stock now. No apologies for not contacting, no seriousness, never mind attitude. After all got it changed, and nothing informed about free winter safety check, they missed to do winter safety check. Pathetic service, never turn back again ??

I saw a set of Michelin tyres on the F1 website, but their website could not process my card. I phoned up the online payment centre but they could not process card payments. I went elsewhere.

Very helpful staff I got 4 brand new tyres fitted on my car (Michelin Crossclimate 2) booking was easy. Didn?t have to wait at all. They Did a great job, Thank you to all of the team.

Booked in for an afternoon slot for a tyre repair (small job), turned up at 1pm, was then sat waiting for about 2 hours, while they worked on other cars (for which no one was waiting, I was the only one in the waiting room).They then couldn't find the locking wheel nut, fair enough, I found it for them, expecting them to then do the work, but for some reason they then went on and did another load of cars first. So I waited another 2 hours. Complete waste of an afternoon, and poor service.

Found the guy on the front desk I assume was the manager very abrupt and unhelpful, not only with myself but with other customers whilst I was waiting, and even a guy who had only come to pick up some tyres, definitely needs to brush up on his customer service skills, whilst I was in the waiting/viewing room 3 other customers were also complaining saying they won't come back.

I had a nail in my tyre, they said leave the car and come back in 2-3 hours. Yeah okay. Went to a place on castle boulevard done in minutes.I did a while back to replace all my tyres here very good service and normal lower average price on Michelins.Suppose we can't expect drop everything service?Tracking was I thought expensive, discount tyres and profit on tracking....It's a business so wages to pay and rent.So yes go here for tyres and other stuff

Very poor communication very poor customer serviceI had two jobs booked when I arrived at the centre the receptionist said I was ?here for tyres?. I advised that there were two jobs on the booking to be told ?oh no only tyres?. I reiterated I had a booking for mechanical work also and the receptionist looked on the Screen and said ?oh yes, I?ve found your booking?. No apology no other comment except ?you?ll have to leave the car all day! I?ve got two staff off sick?. My issue why? Very disconcerting start!!My phone battery died, so I called the centre to advise at 12:36 and gave an alternative contact number. The call handler advised my contact details would be updated. At 16:13 an unintelligible message was left on my original number from the centre.I returned the call at 16:16 to be told my car would not be ready that day as they had the wrong parts! Two questions. 1. Why was this not discovered until after 4pm? And 2. Why was my updated phone number not used?It is now 1.30pm the next day and still no contact from the centre. Will I ever see my car again? Why does a simple repair take so long? Why does F1 assume customers are quite happy about not having their car for in excess of 28 hours? Why such poor customer service?I have used F1 many times this will be the last
