I had a deeply disappointing experience with this store, primarily due to how the manager, Selena, handled a return. I was mistakenly sent the wrong shoe size and colour ? an error that was acknowledged by staff ? and I returned the shoes promptly in perfect, unused condition.
Despite this, Selena was unwilling to process the refund. Her communication was curt and unhelpful, and rather than taking responsibility for the store?s mistake, she was dismissive and made the process far more difficult than necessary.
What should have been a straightforward refund turned into a prolonged and frustrating ordeal that took several months to finally resolve. The issue was only addressed after escalating the matter beyond the store level, which should never be necessary for such a simple issue.
It?s unfortunate that such poor management and lack of accountability overshadowed the situation. I hope the store takes steps to improve how customer concerns are handled going forward.

Despite this, Selena refused to issue the refund I was clearly entitled to. Her manner throughout the interaction was rude, abrupt, and dismissive. Rather than taking accountability for the mistake made by the store, she deflected blame and showed no interest in resolving the matter appropriately.
What should have been a simple and straightforward return turned into a frustrating ordeal, and the only way to move forward was to escalate the issue beyond store level. It is deeply concerning that such a basic issue could not be resolved due to poor management and a lack of professionalism.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before shopping here, as customer service and accountability appear to be entirely lacking under current management.

The manager is very rude and has no customer experience or service experience. She's basically argumentative as I was trying to purchase a new pair she was rude to me about the trainers I had already purchased from there 3 months before. I've spent 1000's with footlocker but after this experience I will now shop elsewhere in future or order online.

very very nice experience. Didn?t even want to spend money when i walked in but the customer service is TOP.
especially mention to AP at the Nottingham city center store, amazing service and very patient. I always hate pushy customer service but i was very impressed by the hard work and patience he had. Will definitely come back again.

Went in yesterday and bought some trainers. Had an error with my card so had to return and re buy them. Was served by Jaida who was polite and really really helpful. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Will be returning
