Shocking store. Went last night before 6pm and it was shut early. Arrived at 10am this morning and it?s also opening late.

I visited the store a few days ago to buy a pair of shoes and a tracksuit. Unfortunately, my size wasn?t in stock, but the lovely lady arranged for it to be delivered straight to my house, which was so convenient!
The manager and the whole team were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They were happy to answer my questions and made sure I had a great shopping experience. I?m very satisfied with my purchase and the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Because it is not possible to give less than one star, I give it one star, but it is way too much. I purchased a pair of NIKE shoes on 19 of December for my girfriend and she tried number 3.5 and it was ok so we ask to buy them , instead they give us 4.5 next day wev been outside for a walk and she fel that ar not ok , so we tried to change them because they give us the wrong number , the manager ( a very rude person) not even listen to us and said tht no replace is possible or refund and told us that we are not welcome in that shop because ther was a bit of mud on the shoes they give us wrong and is our fault and ther is sign of wearing. This is the most disgusting experience I've ever had, to be humiliated that way, 3.8 stars on Google is way to much

I have shopped from this store twice: the first time was four years ago, and the customer service was awful. Today morning, I decided to give it another try while out shopping with friends. They clearly advertised a 20% discount for students (verified by Unidays), but when we inquired, the sales lady told us it was only for campus students. This was misleading and frustrating. It seems the company still hasn't improved its customer service in all these years. Whoever they hire clearly has no clue what good customer service is like. I will never walk into this shop again. It's a real shame for the company.

Just been in this shop. One member of staff on the till serving. Another staff member ( lady ) seen me standing there waiting and then she just started to wonder around, she actually started standing at the till. Could have served, the guy on till was more bothered about talking to the customer in front of him, where?s he?s from, where does he like going. Thisnis pointless conversation, and just cost you as a business money, This slows down the service, he couldn?t have gone any slower, I decided to put the items back on the rail and walked out straight across to JD sports. Your staff just cost you a sale. Thats profit at the end of the day and pays the staff wages. The shop want even busy, the staff made it a lot slower that what it needed to be take it

So i have a medical condition whitch causes me to have a low immune system so i have to wear face coverings when out in public. So i while wearing my snood i go into Footasylum to buy a new snood i saw on there website. The ?Security Guard? told me i have to leave because im wearing my face covering. I tell him its for medical reasons he says ?Yeah right, i dont belive you? and escorted me out. He made me feel so embarassed being treat like im a theif or somethingn. Im looking at contacting someone in reguards to being discriminated against. While the Slim black male security guard is there you should avoid as he dosent respect people. I will be avoiding there alltogether i have brought from there many times no problem. Only problems aliv had is when he is there as he has done this to me multiple times now?. Desgusting behaviour from a retail shop!

It's true what they say about the customer service. Their alarm ran off when I was going out without buying anything. The security guy was very suspicious and I even offered to check the bag. He was like are you a student??? Seems like student are used to steal from them. I am a PhD student and he got even more suspicious when I told that. Well I didn't liked the shoes that was why I didn't buy anything. I will never buy from them now though. This alarm thing happens in many stores but not one of them were this bad. Well it's better to avoid if you like a bit of respect. We are not here to steal. Avoid.

Disgusted with the racial profiling of black customers by security who don't even speak, yet use gestures to make black customers remove their hoodies when entering the store. We spend hundreds each time we shop here. We wont be coming here again. We will take my hard earned money elsewere.
