I can highly recommend Eyestyle Opticians.From the moment we walked in, all the staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming.My son was quite nervous about his first eye test and worried about needing glasses. He does need glasses but all the staff put him at ease and made him feel comfortable and excited about the prospect of wearing glasses.The eye test was very thorough and comfortable throughout for my 6 year old son who actually ended up quite enjoying the whole process.I couldn?t recommend them more, and I am so glad I decided to bring my son to Eyestyle. Thank you so much.

100% the best opticians experience I have ever had, could not recommend enough.There is a person centred approach to every stage and they are great with children and adjustments if you need anything (adults included!). If you need support with frames they really want to make sure you are happy.

I was recommended to go to eye style by my mother as I needed a new pair of glasses. I was very hesitant to go but when I got there that all went away. I was welcomed exceptionally and taken care of in a very professional manner that made me comfortable and knowingly going to get the top care. I was taken care by Charlotte who I must say was amazing. She was able to sort me out with a pair that suited me extremely well. She was completely honest and made me feel like she had my interests at heart instead of just handing me a pair. If you need glasses I strongly recommend eyestyle as you will get what you need and more.

What a lovely bunch of highly professional people! I cannot thank you all enough for making me be able too see so clearly which has improved my day to day life. I walked in without an appointment, you guys saw me straight away, examined my eyes and talked me through what lenses I should wear. Then a week later my glasses were ready to be picked up. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable in wearing my first ever pair of glasses. I will be back. Thanks guys x

I would just like to say a huge thank you to the staff for everything you have done for me.......you've enabled me to see much clearer and comfortable wearing glasses, after I've been dealt with wrongly at different opticians. I can not recommend these guys enough. They are all very lovely and friendly too. Will not go anywhere else from now on.

Highly recommend Eyestyle. They are a small, friendly team who provide excellent service especially Charlotte who already had a pair of glasses lined up for me when I came out of the examination! After trying others on I settled for the pair she had chosen which I love!

I have been visiting a well known chain of Opticians for a number of years. The level of service I recieved at my old Opticians was at best was medeocre. The staff there seem to just be going through the motions and when it came to choosing frames no help was on hand and I always ended up with poorly fitting glasses that either dug into my nose, fell off my face or were too tight on the sides of my head.After being let down by my previous Opticians I decided enough was enough. I set out to search for a new service provider with good ratings. This is when I discovered Eyestyle Opticians. A small, independent business with very friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, highly attentive staff.When I arrived for my appointment I found I was the only person in the store, this was great because I immediately felt like their sole focus was on me and my needs (really important when you are taking care of your eyes!).After a few questions I moved onto the various eye exams. During this process the staff were friendly and easy to engage with. They explained everything in simple terms, yet this was still in depth, something none of my previous providers bothered to do.After the eye exam it was time to choose some frames. Initially I had the intention of having my eye exam, then ordering my glasses online due to trying to save money. However, due to the high quality service I had already recieved I decided to entertain the idea of choosing some glasses at the store. Charlotte helped me to choose some frames, similar to ones I already had but they were thinner, more lightweight and less hard looking. The first pair she chose were perfect, despite trying some others I still liked the first pair. We then discussed lense types including those with antiglare coatings and blue light filters. We discussed the pros and cons amd trialled the different lense types. Again something previous providers never bothered to do.After this we discussed some eye condition I have been suffering with, one being dry eyes (which I have had for years) and the other being a chilazion (which i have had for almost 12 months).Charlotte gave guidance on how to treat my dry eyes and chilazion. She recommended an eye mask amd some eye wipes thst the store sold but she also went further to explain how I could save money in the long run once I had got the condition under control.A few days after leaving the store amd following the eye care regime for my dry eyes and chilazion, I found my eyes felt so much better and much less fatigued.2 weeks after the appointment I feel like I have been given a new pair of eyes. The guidance Charlotte gave me was better and more helpful than what the doctors at the hospital suggested!Today I have returned to collect my glasses and for the first time in my life I now have a pair of glasses that fit properly. They are so much clearer than my last pair which did not have antiglare coatings. I am yet to see the full benefits from the blue light filter (back at work next week) but I'm feeling positive about it. Yes I could have saved some cash by ordering my glasses online but I would have more than likely need up with the same poor fitting frames as before. I am so pleased with the ones I purchased from Eyestyle I regret nothing.In all, if you are fed up with you current Opticians, or even of you just want to experience something different when it comes to eye care, give these guys a go. You won't be disappointed.The level of service I recieved and attention to detail has blown me away. Never have I experienced anything quite like it let alone for some something as mundane as an eye test ?. I'm fortunate not to need an opticians for my sight (yet!) But called in here to get my sunglasses repaired and they were lovely - friendly, fast service and reasonably priced. Thank you!
