This should really be a no star review because of the ineptitude of the female supervisor who didn't have intelligence to sort out a "2 for £16" deal, which came up at the till as £17.Needless to say I walked out when she started telling lies.Avoid.

Absolutely awful customer service by the receptionist when I came in to inquire, she looked at me like what are you even doing here. She was terrible at explaining about the classes and she didn’t have a clue what she was talking about. I’m going to wait to join the new pure gym down the road now!

Steam room is always dirty, and the temperature is always wrong. Sometimes it is too hot, sometimes it is not even warm. App for the gym is a joke... works terribly.Equipment in the gym is good.
