Popped in today, the blonde and brunette ladies were really lovely! I had an appointment with the pharmacist gentleman and I just want to say Thank you so much for helping me today! I wish I lived closer but I?ll make the trip out if I need to again!Thank you for not treating me like a child xx

They really are helpful here, and very pleasant to deal with.Our household prescriptions from the nearby GP are delivered by them, and if we ever have a query there's always someone to help over the phone. And if you want personal advice, one of the pharmacists is happy to talk to you.

Just heard that an elderly friend was told that the female staff could not provide him with medication for a urinary infection!He now has to wait 24hrs to see his doctor to get things sorted. Not only putting back his treatment but taking up a valuable doctor's slot. Are we not told to attend our pharmacy in the first instance?

The lady behind the counter was lovely but most times when I go in people just don't seem bothered. I've never used them before due to this but decided to change due to convenience but think I'll change back again. They don't have a text service to let you know when your meds are ready either. Mine weren't and due to having previously been diagnosed with migraines I've been allowed to buy two Sumatriptain tablets before from other places. The lady hadn't heard of that so shouted to her co-workers, one of which replied it was prescription. I asked the other lady if that was the case for just buying one and she just walked off. The man who I know is the pharmacist didn't even turn around to help at all. I'll go elsewhere to buy ?????

Staff are very professional and helpful, great range of over the counter medicines and accessibility is good too. Seating available for those who need to wait. They also have a private consultation room too.

Always really helpful, friendly staff. They will do their best to help you access the prescription or over the counter medicine you need, whether via GP, out of hours services or them ordering in for you. Brilliant to not have to leave the village to access great care.

Majority of staff, rude, obnoxious and discourteous! Will not use again. My analysis is over a long period of time, but unfortunately the staff attitude has not improved! Disgraceful!

They have always been friendly and helpful. When my daughter wouldn't take her medicine, they tried giving us different flavours in the hope of enticing her. I'm really glad to have such a great pharmacy within walking distance of home.

There delivery routine is terrible. My grandmothers tablets came 13 days late and she had none.My grandmother had to call me to collect them myself to take the others to her.
