Whatever you do, do not buy a Vauxhall Astra, 1.4 even from a main dealer. This car should be avoided at all cost. I brought mine two years ago, three days. After owning it. The engine went and lost compression inside the dirt one they installed a new engine Vauxhall did two years later the engine has failed again and loss compression in cylinder three and four do not buy this car

Having had a positive experience previously buying a car we went back to Evans Halshaw. We received excellent service from Alex Jacques and found just the car we needed. Alex was so helpful, courteous and professional throughout the sale process. We would definitely go back in the future.

Been in to Evans halshaw vauxhall in Nottingham today to have a look around. Was met by a lovely man In the show room called Nick Cannot remember his last name.. He assisted me with all my enquiries. On the electric cars. He gave me all the prices And information I need on mokha and the corsa Electric car He gave excellent customer service. Will definitely be back to see Nick. Regarding the Eva, the electric mocker or the electric corsa Thank you, Nick for all your help. You're a superstar.

A big thank you to Tom Allen and Matt Davies. I purchased online and had a couple of issues. The local garage was a bit rubbish to deal with & time consuming but Tom & Matt worked their magic and managed to sort it out with no quibble about costs as I thought there might be but all fixed - happy days!

I?ve been having my service and MOT carried out here for the last 4 years and never had any issues until my most recent visit. My Astra failed on the MOT for the headlight. I explained to them that I had the bulb changed a few days before but couldn?t get the clip back on that holds the bulb in place. I had the clip in the vehicle and asked if they could put it back on which they refused. They told me I needed a whole new headlight unit and quoted me £800! I told them I would collect my vehicle and get the clip put back on elsewhere and rebook for my retest which they didn?t seem too pleased about. I took my vehicle to another garage who put the clip back on for free and when I contacted Vauxhall to book my retest they then told me they couldn?t get me booked in within the time limit and I would have to pay for another test! I obviously went else where for my MOT due to the poor service I received from Vauxhall and won?t ever be going back to them.

2nd brand new car that i?ve had from here that i?ve had nothing but problems with and not just minor issues, major ongoing issues. 1 issue has been ongoing for nearly a year, it goes in for repairs but it doesn?t fix the problem and comes back with more issues. Been trying to reject the car for 10months now and i just keep getting fobbed off. The car is not what i was sold so don?t believe the salesmen here. Ongoing complaint with Vauxhall Customer Care who don?t care about their customers either. Overall poor service from both the dealership and vauxhall themselves.
