I went to discuss the deal because James called me and requested to come in person to discuss the best deal. Sales manager Jack came to explain the offer. I asked for a test drive for Mokka, and he refused for the test drive saying. I will take the test drive and may not buy the car from them. This is very poor service. People take the test drive, and then only they can decide whether to buy or not ? I would not recommend anyone to go to this dealer.

Baught a honda civic today from Evans Halshaw. Was dealing with Simon Watts. Couldn't fault the service. Although work on the car took longer than was expected, Simon kept me in the loop and kept me informed at every stage of the process. This gave me confidence that the car had been properly inspected, repaired and preprepared for me today.
