Visited the store on Saturday 26 June and Sam talked my wife through the pros and cons of e-bikes and the various options available. Couldn't ride the bike in the store, but went to another shop and tried the Raleigh Motus that Sam had shown us. Great ride so went back Sunday 27 June looked out for Sam who was so helpful again and we purchased the bike. My wife can't wait to ride it. Thanks Sam!

We popped into this shop to look at the various E bikes. Two very polite, well spoken, young guys were extremely helpful and spent time going through the various options with us. Didn't buy today but if either of us do it'll be in this shop!

The star is for the door being open. Website showing a pair of schwalbe marathon plus tours, rang & checked. Lad at the counter thought schwalbe was a bike & it went downhill from there

Had another big-name bike shop fit my new mudguards. After 15 mins of riding the fixings popped out. I took my bike into Evans on the hope they might have some fixings I could buy. The staff very kindly let me have the bits I needed for free and fixed the offending mudguard. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience at Evans Cycles in Nottingham thanks to Lily. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me choose the perfect road bike. Her customer service was superb?she made sure I was completely comfortable with my choice and answered all my questions patiently. Lily?s expertise and friendly approach made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting Evans Cycles and asking for Lily if you want expert advice and outstanding service.
