It's ok place to get parts but they don't do offers like they used to, i only use them to get parts I can not get from anywhere else

Been there today.guys who works on front desk was very helpful. but he definitely can use hand at front because he seems to do 2 man job there.

Came to get some window wipes for my car & the customer service could not of been worse almost felt bad for asking to buy something! not only that but its like talking to a brick wall when trying to make small talk. Besides that he also slammed down the wipers and said here you go and shouted next for the next customer. Appalling customer service.

Well, it?s a car parts shop. How does one get enthusiastic about it? You order either online or in the shop, they go and collect it from the warehouse, you pay.
There are a couple of products on display in the tiny waiting area, like chocolate and chewing gum in a supermarket by the cashiers. Only here it is WD40 and such like items.
Three stars is not bad in my book.

Ordered a New battery for my car last night, popped into Euro car parts at 8am!
Young chap behind the counter was great! very helpful and that's why I always go to that Euro car parts on Lenton lane, Nottingham.
I've put the battery on charge ready for the drive home from Sandicliffe (work) later today!
