Great service, I went to collect my order, and unfortunately it wasn't ready, someone for got to call me to let me know. The gentleman that I spoke to (sorry forgot his name) offered to deliver it for free, great customer service., which saved me travelling back home to go back to collect it when it was ready.

Staff are amazing, even though the service at times can be quite slow but some of the delay in service is because they can be very helpful and understanding. Their website could do with a few tweaks as some of the recommended product for your vehicle can be slightly wrong so be mindful when ordering however like I said the staff are really helpful and know who is trying to pull their chain from the genuine mishaps.

Called into the Bulwell branch, the staff were very polite and very helpful, sorted out the car part for me, which was ordered, and was there to pick up the next day, couldn't fault anything very good service, thank you

3 times in 4 weeks I've placed an order and 3 times I've only had part or no order there when I've come to pick up even tho I've had an email saying its ready. Cost of fuel and time I've not got to mess about is not on.

I ordered a part on Monday and I really need it as soon as possible, so I could get my car fixed. My part arrived on Thursday and the store gave my part to someone else. I've now got to wait 48 hours for a new part to arrive.

Arrived to find the customer car park blocked with euros vans diagonally across the bay, i am disabled and could not access the disabled bay so parked to the left of goods in, in the closest accessible free spot. NOT at all obstructing the goods in entrance along side another customer who had done the same. Your employee , Old boy with the grey 'birds nest' style hair cut and glasses decided to start mouthing off about me blocking the goods in entrance, when i decided against moving my car because I was only going to be 30 seconds to pick up a click and collect and was not obstructing the goods in entrance at all! To then be greated by only 1 computer and 1 server. This must be highly frustrating for customers as it took over 10 mins for 2 customers to be served before me with a que of 6 people now behind. Whilst stood queuing, Mr birdsnest walked past the entrance and muttered some negative comments that I shan't repeat regarding the intelligence of my parking, obviously he must not enjoy working his dull Saturday job and felt the need to vent this towards paying customers. Photos attached for reference. If parking out the way to the side of goods in is a problem, it might be an idea to park the delivery vans in the spaces to the right of goods in where the staff cars are, and avoid blocking the disabled bay. May I also add that my in 20 - 30 mins visit I did not obstruct a single delivery, obviously...
