We found them to be quite ignorant and gave us poor advice.Went to a branded high street jewelers to make our purchase in the end, they were great.Makes a case for sticking with the established brands you trust.

Would give zero stars if I could! Came from Arnold for 10am opening time as stated on web site and it's still closed as I write this (11:10). I also phoned and got an answering m/c to leave my name and number and no reply (edited at 19:30).They've just lost £115 sale - so much for these hard times we're in.

Beautiful jewellery, amazing service from the owner and his staff, would highly recommend people pop in and view as new stock seems to arrive weekly. I have purchased 2 pairs of earrings over the last 2 months and everyone comments how lovely they are.

My husband bought me some lovely silver and amber dragonfly earrings from here for our 20th wedding anniversary about a week ago. I've looked at the other items in the shop on line and they look really nice, so I will be paying a visit myself soon when I've saved enough penny for another treat. Thank you.

I went into Emilia Ryan in West Bridgford to get my Tiffany necklace repaired. The service from Stuart was fantastic, he told me to come back in 7 days time and was ready in 5 days. My necklace now looks amazing and charged me a better price then anywhere else. Would very highly recommend.
