I've been a customer of ee for ten years,(not for much longer) took my Google pixel fold pro 9 in for repair, under warranty, ten days later, got a message telling me they could not repair it because I had dropped it, both outer and inner screen stopped working,for no reason, when I went in to collect my phone, I asked them to show me where it had been dropped,they couldn't, because there was not a mark on it,plus the girl I was having this conversation with, was rude and dismissed anything I was saying and couldn't wait to get me out of the shop, me, my wife and three daughters are with ee, but come September, we will be Vodafone,they won't miss us, but believe me, we won't miss them,my phone is now on its way to Poland via Google warranty, why, because ee could not be arsed to repair it,if I could give zero minus stars,I would do,the attention I got when I took five phones on,was completely different to when I wanted a phone repaired under WARRANTY, dreadful place, never again

I booked my phone into EE to get a new free of charge battery on my pixel 6a. Yes free. After being told it would be fixed free off charge and would be up to 10 days to get fixed now problem as got a new phone. Next day gets a message to contact the repair centre. Now I am being told £190 to get repaired. They said the finger print sensor doesn't work. Yet it does. Now being told they won't fix the battery till I pay 190 to get this part done even though on googles website it says the pixel 6a has a recall on battery's and will be replaced free of charge. They won't change my battery cause they have found a fault with my phone. A load of bull tbh. This is a con from the repair centre inside the shop. Cause it's free repair they want more money from me. They even took my screen protector off and didn't even replace this either. What an absolute joke the repair centre is. I would stay away from this place to get anything fixed. They will brake Ur phone to get money from you. EE shop was fine but the repair centre absolute joke. Broke my phone and can't even use it now at all. Fuming.

Book a place got to the shop salesman said you didn't get phone from us?
He asked for number and receipt for phone lucky we found it still. salesman said that it couldn't be fixed because we didn't have the ime number on receipt the phone was from Argos it wasn't said in the initial message I wouldn't have spent An hour traveling to Nottingham Awful shop and staff I didn't mind the price but cheeper to get a new phone ?

The staff were ever so helpful and honest when I came in with my Google 9 pro for repair. I really enjoyed the interaction with Thomas he was very friendly and helpful. Makes me want to switch providers.

I spoke with Matt, who was absolutely amazing. Although I didn't buy anything on the day, using Matt's advice, I was able to contact EE and save a hell of a lot of money.
I wanted Broadband and already had an EE number and thanks to EE (and Matt!), I was able to do that. Please make sure he gets the reconition he needs

Dear EE Customer Service,
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service I have received from EE. Despite being a paying customer, I have been experiencing consistently poor network coverage, slow data speeds, and frequent call dropouts. This has made it incredibly frustrating to use my phone for even the most basic tasks, whether at home or on the go.
I have contacted customer service multiple times, only to be given generic responses, excuses, and no real resolution. Every time I am told that ?the network is fine? or that ?improvements are being made,? yet nothing has changed. I expect reliable service for the money I pay, but instead, I am getting an unreliable and frustrating experience.
At this point, I feel like EE does not value its customers. If this issue is not addressed immediately, I will have no choice but to switch to a more reliable network provider. I will also be sharing my negative experience with others to prevent them from making the same mistake of choosing EE.
I expect a proper resolution, not just another scripted response. Please advise on how EE plans to fix this issue, or confirm the cancellation process so I can move to a network
