Georgia was brilliant. Had a SIM card/eSIM issue and she sorted it out really quickly. She was friendly and chatty too. Great service.

Brilliant service. Had a swollen battery on my phone which pushed the back off it and stopped working. Took it into EE and they kept it over night and gave it back to me fully repaired and free of charge. Would 100% recommend.

would not recommend. staff were okay but they?re out here quoting people £500 for iphone repairs that cost a little over £100 elsewhere, even less than that if you?ve got an older model or an android. if you want affordable repairs, go fonefix or hit up your local bossman literally anywhere else. local community >>> brands who want to squeeze every last penny out of u so you can get a new contract with them

Booked in for a same day phone screen replacement. Waited 30 mins after my appointment time to be told it would take three days. I tried to call them in the week before multiple times to confirm same day, but they never answered. Wouldn?t recommend.

Staff are great! Assistant manager Michelle really helped me, so lovely and accommodating! I hated being with EE but if there was more staff like Michelle I would have stayed

Went to get my fold 4 screen protector fixed as it was bubbling off. I booked it in online via samsung. Backed up my photos and phone and then took all my accounts off and set it to factory defaults as requested. I handed my phone in, went out for 4 hours and came back. Phone was just handed to me in off state and then kind of had to leave. It would have been nice to sit down with me, switch on the phone, show me its been repaired and to make sure I am setup and running and happy with it. Just to reassure me. Other then that they fixed it and when I got home I set it up and checked it over and thankfully everything was great. The replacement screen protector was like new.

Amazing service today. My phones not been charging with a cable for a while now so decided to get some advice.
Spoke to Cairan, he took upstairs to get test it found there was some debris which was stopping the cable fully connecting. Fixed it in about 5 mins, absolute legend.

Ciaran was really helpful and personable today. He sorted out the problem I had and upgraded my phone successfully. He listened well to what I needed and didn't push things on me after making assumof what I might need. He explained what he was doing as he went along. The staff seem to work as a good team ?
