Played the par 3 course. Pretty much what you?d expect for a tenner on a public course. Tees were a bit patchy but playable, fairways were alright, greens not bad overall but a couple need some attention. Luckily didn?t find any bunkers as they looked like concrete.I?d play it again, even if only to practice my short game.Edit: Played the main 9 hole, great course and a clear step up in condition over the par 3. Tees were all in good condition and greens were playing well.Par 3 - 3*Main course - 4*

Excellent municipal golf course which is constantly improving. 9 holes or 9 holes Par 3 available with a good bar too.

Good local affordable course with a 9 hole par 3 and a 18 hole main. Friendly staff and members.

First time playing golf in 30 years and I accompanied my children for a round on the 9 hole, par 3 course.The course was laid out well with quite long holes. The fairways could have been mowed shorter - but it is January; but after heavy rain the night before the fairways were VERY water-logged in places (ponds).Still, a nice course and great fun - we'll be back - thank you.

Absolutely shocking greens, fairways and walkways. More pitch marks on the fairways then god knows what. Certainly not worth £20 a round. No trolleys allowed which is ridiculous, either need a groundman or sack the one they have now. Fairways not cut. Greens no drainage or anything. If it was last resort golf I'd advise mid summer. Shame really with it being in such a well sort area. 1* as no option to give less.

Absolutely shocking I traveled up from Salisbury to play with my cousins no information on the website about trolleys not allowed so didn?t bring my carry bag despite having winter wheels still wasn?t allowed to use it but staff were driving round in a golf buggy fairways were more like swamps definitely won?t be going back got one star as I couldn?t give none

A nice, very welcoming golf club. There's a very good practice putting green and some practice mats for your irons. There is a par 3 course which I am yet to play and a 9 hole course. The 9 hole course offers a variety of holes, good greens and is offered at a very reasonable price. I've enjoyed several rounds in the early evening with the end of day warmth. There is a bar to provide any needed refreshments following a round.

Cheap range and cheap beer so all very good. Service is always excellent. I am yet to play on the course. Drivers are not allowed on the range so if this is a deal breaker you should know, I am a true beginner so makes no difference to me.
