Another great experience with ETS. After hitting a pothole I asked ETS Giltbrook if they could check it, they were busy but Dan managed to fit me in at a convenient time. They put the car on the ramp and realised I'd flat spotted the inside of the rim. They didn't have the facility to straighten the alloy there so put me in touch with ETS Derby, unfortunately Derby didn't have the relevant person in but put me in touch with ETS Leicester. They managed to get me in the same day and fix it straight away and the wheel it now like brand new again, which meant I could continue the long journey I was on. The price was a fraction of what I was expecting it to be.Always been happy with the service ag ETS Giltbrook, and now I can safely say I'm happy with the service at other ETS locations too.Great work, great prices, great staff. I turned up at Eden Tyres this afternoon without an appointment after failing my MOT due to a worn tyre. I desperately needed a new tyre fitting ASAP so I could get my MOT re-test completed. The guys at Eden Tyres couldn?t have been more helpful, they found they had a suitable tyre in stock, quoted me a very reasonable price (over £50 less than Halfords quoted for a lower quality Tyre) and fit it straight away. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and was able to get a re-test immediately.I can?t fault the service I received and will be back when I need further tyres, servicing and for my MOT next year!Highly Recommend!

I have used this garage before and had a positive experience - but it has been a while. Needed a tyre repair - from first phone call right through to service on the day were helpful, polite, reasonable priced and professional. Staff are amazing and ready to help!I went with a newborn baby to change my tyres and they sorted me out within 30minutes! Also, very kind to mention to me that I can claim £100 of the Michelin Tyres website. The claim was paid into my bank within 3-4 days.Thank you guys.

My first ever dealing with this company and it won't be my last.From my initial phone call when I spoke to Dan Marsh, I felt at ease and welcomed to using their services. I was so impressed with the high levels of service, professionalism and friendly welcoming attitude of Dan and all the staff that I came in to contact with. The staff were smart, the workshop, car park, reception and customer waiting area all neat, clean and tidy along with a free hot drinks machine which was a welcome sight. Dan told me the total cost of the job upfront after a fast diagnosis of the fault and what was needed. I expected to have to return the next day, but I was told the part was en route to them and if I could wait for about an hour all in, they could complete the job that afternoon while I was there, to which I agreed. Dan then arranged for the faulty part to be removed so that the new part could be fitted as soon as it arrived to prevent any further delays, in all from start to finish I was at the garage for about 50 minutes in total which was extremely good going.To say I'm impressed is an understatement, this is one place I trust and would highly recommend to anyone!Many thanks to Dan and the team for a great service and a pleasant, perfect experience.Andrew Gardner.

First visit here today, top marks to Dan the manager who fixed my car at very short notice, ready for MOT elsewhere tomorrow, and DIDN'T charge me. Fantastic service and kindness, and goodwill for this business too. In case you're wondering, I'm old enough to be his grandmother and have a little Skoda :) Thanks Dan, made my day.

Amazing. Regular customer at the beeston branch but gave giltbrook a go as we live closer and had an equally brilliant experience. Friendly staff. Not pushy, not trying to oversell. Pure honest hard working team . Keep it up
