A great experience with Dunelm.
Kathryn was very good?professional, hardworking, polite, and clear in her explanations. She helped us secure an out-of-stock blind, which we really appreciated.
Jordan was just fantastic. A young and enthusiastic professional, he was friendly, reliable, and quick to resolve any issues. Although one piece of the blind was initially missing, he promptly sorted it out and took the time to teach me how to install the blinds. Thank you.
Despite the delay due to the missing piece, the experience was very positive. I highly recommend their service!

Terrible services.
I am looking for a sofa bed, found one in there and try less than 1min, a staff come and say if you are looking for a sofa, this is a sofa bed, you should look for a sofa.
After a few explanation to the different of 2 seater/ 3seater and sofa bed, he walk away.
Then we keep trying other sofa, not more than 3 mins, he show up again and keep balabala, right that moment, I really want to try a sofa seriously and quietly.
I told him to back to his business and I am sure I will let you know if I need help or assist. And if a show room not welcoming customers to try the sofa, I do have a suggestion for DUNELM, close it up! And put everything online.
You don?t know how annoying it is, especially you feel like they just want to make you out of the store, so I just walk away and go to the others which welcome customers to try.

Went for lunch and browse round with a friend today. I asked if there was any holly and was told by a rather rude shop assistant who said ?no?. The assistant?s colleague went up to her and I heard the assistant who served me say to her ?I can?t be bothered, I want to go home?. I then found some holly at the other side of the store. Then when I went to pay for my items the man that served me didn?t offer to wrap my delicate items or help me pack my bag. The staff need training up in customer service. They are most unhelpful

Ordered stuff from them. Lot of trouble with delivery and Dunelm could not care less. If you expect professional approach and attitude - look elsewhere. Nothing special about this place.

Came here for Christian?s decorations and left a bit disappointed, yes there are Christmas decorations but what?s on offer is nowhere near the amount the Range has.
