Went to browse and get information about a new mattress, and James, the sales assistant, was so helpful and informative without being pushy or imposing. He told me about the range of finance options available and was really friendly throughout the whole visit. Will definitely consider Dreams in the future!

Good customer service and a nice cup of coffee provided whilst paper work sorted. The proof will be when the new mattress arrives and a good nights sleep is to be had. Not to worry it will soon be SPRING.

We had an awesome experience buying a new mattress from Dreams Nottingham. Really helpful and understood our wants and budget. When it came to delivery, David the delivery driver was awesome and had amazing communication with me. Keeping in touch regularly. Really impressed with the service and looking forward to a good nights sleep!

Alexandra was very welcoming as soon as we entered the store with a lovely smile.
She asked me what I was looking for regarding bed size mattress type ect. I had the famous Dreams bed test to see what would be suitable for me. Alexandra explained everything about all the different mattress types/options in clear terms and asked if I had any questions. My existing bed/ mattress is from Dreams so my reason to go back also because of selection and wonderful customer service.

Excellent service from Dreams beds.
Their Sleep Match machine is great and I chose one of the recommend mattresses. Great price for an adjustable bed frame and my chosen mattress has a cooling layer. Very friendly staff was even offered a cuppa. Can't wait for my new adjustable bed and mattress to arrive now.
