Honestly worst place I've been to, food came and wasn't even complete to find out they had changed the menu to then have the phone put down on you after you try and sort it out to then have to go in to sort the issue out. Then I get home and my food was incorrect doesn't even taste nice waste of £50 with no compensation offered. Let me just say don't blame a child for your mistakes as adults to get your menu and food right won't be eating here again and I feel sorry for anyone who does

The worst takeaway I ever had . Waste of my £25. I had to bin all the food . No taste and uncooked . I had them few years ago and they were nice but last night I had the worst takeaway experience. How can you serve such a bad quality food ? We had Indian curry we both have bad stomach after having couple of spoons .

Had the most worse experience with these guys going ordered a pizza it came not cooked and they said they would send a nuver and that one came worse than the first one and refused to give a refund do not order from here it is a waste of money

Never buy from this place charged me 25.30 for food not brought my food left my kids without because they didn't receive the order due to their system bearing in mind they have took the money out my bank!

Ordered 31pounds worth of food they sent a different order than what i asked for absolutely dusgusting we ended up throwing it in the bin smelt like and looked like dogfood i will never order from here ever again same goes for my friends and family , between us all we spend alot of money here but its stops now wouldnt recommend it to anyone ,,such a shame it WAS a nice food place ,,,,

DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM HERE!!we would order from here often and I always thought the food was pretty decent up until last night when I ordered a burger meal for me and my partner. We was sat eating our food and it wasn?t until my partner ate half his burger until he realised there was mould on the bun!!

Dino's was my go to, it's sad to see how it's changed. I don't like to lie, the food still is not bad, however I received the wrong food twice in a row and after complaining the first time I was told I'd get a complementary pizza which they later denied. I was like fine whatever, as long as my food is right next time... to which they got wrong again. I tried calling up but there was no response and when they finally answered they said there is nothing they can do about it and hung up the phone. I said whatever the service doesn't matter as long as the foods decent, so for the third time (today) I politely requested they please ensure the food is correct and they accepted my order.. so I waited and waited and when I called to see where it is they told me they will cancel my order because I am never happy. I've never had an issue before and told them I want to speak to the manager because all I was requesting is getting what I ordered. The person on the phone said yes yes and hung up. I'm not sure if the manager is the problem or the workers but something's changed and so unfortunately I will need to find some place else for my cheeky takeaways.
