We had a great experience working with Design Time. Ours was only a small project refurbishing the downstairs cloakroom but the attention to detail and quality of finish were great from beginning to end. Ashlea?s advice on design was very useful and much appreciated and Mark, our fitter, did an excellent job, was very considerate, tidy and efficient. Thank you!

From the very beginning, Ashlea was communicative and straight-forward with our idea for our bathroom, improving on our vision and designing a space where we would get the most from our square footage and have somewhere we'd truly relax in. From the budget to the design, she helped with everything and made sure that we had a great CAD render to go from.When it came to installation, every builder and tradesman was kind, courteous, and their attention to detail meant that we didn't have to worry about problems along the way.Something slightly off? No worries, Nick will sort it. Wrong fixture? We'll get on to the supplier and find you a replacement. Toilet leaking slightly after installation? We'll fix it ASAP. They went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what Design Time had laid out for us.As a result, a bathroom that was a nightmare of loose tiles and utterly horrendous pipe work was transformed into a tranquil place to relax, with every single feature being exactly how we wanted and to the spec that is the envy of friends and family.No more headaches and worries about water ingress and rotten wood. Absolute peace and tranquility, constant communication and reassurance, and I can't thank Ashlea and Design Time enough <3

We are delighted with our new bathroom and separate toilet. Ashlea from Design Time was extremely professional, helpful and creative from the start. She was willing to change and adapt as we went along, nothing was too much trouble. The fitters were also lovely! Again very professional and helpful, going the extra mile to get things just right. I would highly recommend.

We're very pleased we chose Design Time to refit our shower room. It's a significant expense but their quotation was competitive. Ashlea came up with a brilliant design to make the most of our limited space. She gave excellent advice and we're thrilled with the quality and look of the final result. Mark fitted everything wonderfully and helped with final touches. He was efficient and tidy and a pleasure to have in the house. We'd definitely recommend Design Time!

From design conception to final delivery, our bathroom project was seamless. Connie nailed the brief and came up with a design we would not have considered. Kev and Ian carried out the work with diligence and care. We would highly recommend Design Time and would use them again

We have used Design Time for our kitchen and our bathroom. They were very attentive, with a good eye for detail. Both spaces have been transformed; they are very user friendly, stylish and compliment the aesthetics of the house.Mark and Ashlea were very patient and supportive as we worked through the design and navigated the many decisions that needed making.Craig (kitchen) and Nick (bathroom) who led on the fitting were very helpful and accommodating, ensuring we were happy as the work progressed.Across the installs Paul was very helpful and supportive of any challenges encountered ensuring the right solution was identified and implemented.Overall we have been very happy with the work done. ?

We asked Design Time to install our new kitchen after obtaining quotes from 2 other suppliers.We chose them for the job based on; the friendliness and relaxed approach of the staff at their showroom, the quality of their products and the highly competitive quote that they quickly provided.The planning and design stage was very collaborative with Mark and we feel that the finished product really reflects what was planned.The installation went well with all of the trades involved doing a brilliant job; special thanks to Luke, Dom, Brian & Craig for being so good. The quality of the overall fit is excellent.Finally whenever things did go a little off track, which I would add were not anything that Design Time could have foreseen, Paul the project manager stepped in and rectified the issues with the suppliers very quickly.We are very pleased with the service, quality and price of our new kitchen and we would urge anyone to go and see them at their showroom when tendering for a new project.Would definitely recommend Design Time!

Overall we were extremely satisfied with the service provided. Staff were helpful, courteous and were keen to get things right. We were provided with a range of possible designs, suitable for our premises, and the installation was excellent. A few minor problems occurred on the was but they were resolved quite quickly.

Love the finished product (fitted wardrobes). Excellent service. However there was an error in the manufacture. This led to a delay, but this was managed well by Design Time.

How refreshing in today?s market to encounter a company that puts service, quality, and attention to customer satisfaction at the top of the list.Selecting our new bathroom, was, we thought going to be difficult as with so many options available we didn?t really know what to choose, but from the very start Ashley guided us through the product range in a non-pressurised manner and helped us arrive at the best solution.The bathroom arrived on schedule was expertly installed by Mark, a very courteous and skilled fitter, and all finished ahead of time, to leave us with a splendid new bathroom.5 stars from us.

So glad we chose DesignTime for our kitchen project. The whole installation process was managed by Paul who gave us a detailed install plan with dates which were (in the main) stuck to. Where changes were necessary he just dealt with it and kept us informed. Special shout out to Craig who was outstanding. His craftsmanship went way beyond a kitchen fitter, he is a carpenter of the highest order. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. We are delighted with our new kitchen.

Very helpful for an unusual request that others had rejected. Took the time to confirm my order and arrange delivery and installation in spite of the fact I had left my debit card at home. Pleasant in the design centre and matched by the installation team when they arrived. Very efficient and exuded confidence as they handled a tricky fitting. Highly recommended.

3 years ago we had the main bathroom, en-suite and downstairs cloakroom all redesigned and refitted by Design Time. Designs by Maxine were excellent - she was happy to spend as much time as needed making sure we were happy with every aspect. Other than a few niggling issues with some of the project management, leading to minor delays - frustrating, but probably to be expected on a project of this scale, we were initially very happy with the fitting by Dhaminder, which looked very good indeed.However, a number of issues subsequently arose and it proved difficult to get either Design Time or Dhaminder interested in resolving them, which was disappointing. At least one of the issues which has arisen would appear to be as a result of poor workmanship. Be aware that Design Time only offer a 12 month installation warranty.

We used DesignTime to design and instal a new bathroom and refurbish our downstairs cloakroom.I was very impressed by their professionalism and the quality of their work from start to finish. Ashlea was our initial contact in terms of design etc and was excellent. Mark, the fitter, was absolutely first class- highly skilled and very personable. All told, we received a highly satisfactory experience with the company. I can therefore recommend DesignTime without reservation.
