“Initially very impressed with the open day, bottles of water along with a welcome pack were presented. Seemed very professional. Appointments can be difficult to get especially if you want early morning appointments. Parking can be difficult if you're not based in the city centre, we usually go together, and one drops off and circles whilst the other goes in with our daughter. We weren't informed of the brackets that are placed on the teeth, nor the elastic bands that are required for the Invisalign trays to work - neither have been an issue but would have been good to know up front. The only issue with the brackets is that they sometimes come off and you need to book another appointment to get them fitted back on again.We are just over a third of the way into the journey, and overall would recommend it, because the trays are placed more frequently than a traditional fixed brace, there seems to be less pain involved and because you can remove the trays when eating - eating isn't an issue at all (although you do need to be careful with the brackets on the teeth). Majority of staff seem very friendly and helpful.”
