Rude, blunt and unhelpful staff, refund/exchange policies are not good, be careful. You?d be much better off finding a better deal online as buying in store offers less protection and you have the deal with the rude staff who are suppose to be there to help.
If you buy a product in store you can?t go back to upgrade/exchange/refund if you?ve opened the box to inspect the item (even within the 14 day period) whereas online, you can.. doesn?t make any sense.

Went into the store today as my TV decided to stop working this morning, was not impressed. The store looks like it very dilapidated hardly any staff available, when I got to the TV section only a handful out of all of them had prices as majority of them were turned off and there is only price tags on the display stand for their high-end TVs only (£1000+)

Ive given 1 star cos I couldn't give 0 im a person of disability and without my dog struggle to get out but the treatment I've just received in this shop is damn right rude and cruel and I advice anyone with disabilities not to use this shop went in for a laptop and received a slap in the face by a shop worker my dog was in my sons arms the whole time never touching or barking or causing problems has i cant hold her long but was told they treat pet owners and thieves the same everyone is branded a thief cos one person does it and every person is a liar well this has knocked me back months ive only just started going out again and it's made me question is it worth it

Took an age to up an order online. Very different to Argos where you simply provide a code. Had to provide bank card (and as I used Google Pay that wasn't easy).

Pricing online is alot cheaper than in store but they will match the price however My 80 year old father enquired about some earphones and was told to go to the store in the town centre as they had 2 in stock. The advisor Nadeem said he could not order them for my father because it takes 15 minutes to put the order through. I could not believe what he said. I believe that this is shocking customer service

Just collected a washing machine from the store the 2 young assistants who dealt with my order and put it in my van for me were fast efficient and a credit to the store such a nice experience these 2 need looking after will definitely shop there again

Some funny Karen reviews on here by inpatient people who clearly want a glass of champagne on arrival and don?t understand when a store is busy?
I had a good experience and got a lot of information from Hamza when I was returning a phone on contract, ID mobiles fault not curries. Gave a lot of info and also very quick and easy to get the phone contract cancelled and fully refunded. I got asked if I need help soon as I walked in and that was all ??
