Very lovely staff, decent prices, wonderful hotel ambiance and staff service relative to price; great breakfast too. Relatively small room but very comfortable - and clean - still. Nice quite central

Good central location, easy to walk into town. Onsite parking was handy. Bathroom was a bit tired. The executive lounge was decent, open between 5 and 8 for alcoholic drinks and snacks. soft drinks, tea, coffee and biscuits available 24/7.

Dreadful car journeys to and from the hotel through the Nottingham traffic. Room too hot despite air con being turned down to minimum temperature, making it difficult to sleep. Good breakfast.

Hotel is at great location and personnel is really friendly. Room was clean and spacies, but pillows weren't something that I liked. They were really hard and they did effect goodnight sleep.

Great hotel, lovely staff, very clean rooms, and quiet.Showers in the pool were not working, would have been nice to know before entering the pool. After a jacuzzi I was going to get in the pool, but the attendants washed the floor area and swept it back into the pool, so didn't fancy a dip after that. Oh and the £17 a night parking!Otherwise it a really great place to stay and central and very close to theatre and shopsRooms: Very clean and spaciousNearby activities: The Theatres, shopping centre, city centre and trams just outsideNoteworthy details: £17 a night parking
