I cannot speak highly enough of Credit Crunch Carpets. I rang last Tuesday to ask if a carpet could be laid urgently. They came out on Thursday, lifted the old carpet, laid the new one and took away all the rubbish. Really personable guy and definitely excellent service ?

Wow!!!!!! Fantastic quality Carpet at affordable prices ?I?ve been using credit crunch carpets over the last few years and wouldn?t go anywhere else. Excellent friendly staff that go the extra mile i?ve just had my bedroom carpet fitted and couldn?t get the bed out the room. I thought this would be a problem but the lovely carpet fitter just got on with the job without any hesitationI would highly recommend ?x

Pop into the shop today to have a look & see what what he had in stock. Lovely gentlemens great customer services, had loads of different flooring in stock & was so helpful knows his stuff!!...BARGAIN PRICES TOO!! CHEAPEST I BEEN QUOTED PERVIOUS!! Would definitely recommend overall top guy. Happy customer will definitely be visiting again for more flooring soom when done my decorating. If I could give this less stars I would. Me and my mum went in to have a look around and the shop is awful, no organisation just mess everywhere. We had masks on as my mum has an illness that makes her immunosuppressed and the slightest illness could land her in hospital, the owner kept making sarcastic comments about our ?lovely smiles? and then came and stood extremely close to us whilst pointing out his final trump cut out and asking our thoughts on Donald trump and whether or not he was a misogynist. Safe to say we left and won?t be back. Completely unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable.

Fitters cut the carpet too short all around the room, they had a whole metre around the room in excess carpet & still cut it short and uneven. Ashley is so annoying, bloody chatterbox & took ages to actually get my order sorted. I mean for such a cheap price it's kind of a given but I wouldn't use them for any bigger more important time constrained jobs. No way. So if you want to cut cost (and want the fitters to cut corners, literally) on DIY projects like a man cave go right ahead but do not get any work inside your house done by them. I'll stick to my original carpet fitter who actually loves his craft & has sense. Professionals inside, cowboys outside.

Credit Crunch Carpets fitted luxury vinyl to my whole flat at less than half the price I was quoted by another carpet shop! Ashley helped me find exactly what I was looking for and as it was being discontinued, I got a massive discount! The fitters came within a few days and were lovely guys! They expertly crafted their way around all the tricky bits and had the whole job done in a couple of hours. Credit Crunch Carpets you are the best!

Wouldn?t even bother moved into my new house in February the carpet wasn?t even down for a couple of months and started lifting my kids myself and my partner have stud our feet on the stair grippers and by the electric fire nobody came out to do the measurements just took it from the photos the stairs have been joined because clearly didn?t have enough carpet left us for 2months or more with no carpet at the bottom of the stairs. The carpet is tacky and told my partner that it wasn?t like that at the time. He didn?t come out to check the job either. I would stay well clear and go somewhere that charges more understandable that money is tight but I?d stay clear of this company 100% because you?ll only go and have the same problem. Grippers are suppose to keep the carpet secure however as soon as I hoovered the carpet came out ridiculous. No idea how you even have a job left
