“I arranged for the parcel to be delivered to the Royal mail sorting office, but it is only open for 2 hours a day so the Parcel Force driver couldn't drop it off there at the first attempt but dropped it off there a day later. If you choose Convenient collect then it's best to arrange collection from a Post Office as they are open longer hours. The tracking app worked very well!”
