Disappointed with the service. The staff were noticeably rude and unwelcoming, which really affected the overall experience. I expect basic courtesy, especially in a place that serves the public. Won?t be returning anytime soon.

Useless! They wouldn?t do a large decaf americano but with only one of the 4 shots being caffeinated (my cardiologist?s advice). The person serving insisted that it was ?against the rules?, despite the fact that costa at St Pancras were more than happy to do one - she wouldn?t budge. Starbucks next door were more than happy to do it.

Dark haired women, with glasses?.avoid her. She makes terrible coffee, she judges people. Hate seeing her. The guy next to her is nice, respectful and makes good coffee.

Thank you for being the only place that's open on Nottingham station at 5am, providing me with much needed caffeine when I have to get an early train. The staff who've served me have always been efficient and professional.

I ordered a latte and the dark haired woman in a long coat was unprofessionally shouting at the lad making the coffees about how somebody can't make a caramel latte, when I got to my train my latte was either a mocha or had some syrup in it. It was undrinkable and I couldn't go back for a replacement. Won't be going here again.

The dark haired woman who served me was one of the rudest people I've ever met. As it was quite busy, i was telling her my order one by one as she was juggling mutltiple orders. She wouldn't acknowledge that she heard me at all so i kept repeating things to make sure she had. She never asked if i want to make any changes or order anything else or even looked at me directly. So when she told me my total, i asked for my coffee to be made with soy milk and an additional syrup and she rolled her eyes at me. I had no indication that she had even heard me so i was waiting for her to speak. Just horribly rude customer service. Will never visit it again.

You guys do mocha(3,90£) and white chocolate (3,80£). But when I ask for white mocha I need to pay extra 60p for shot of coffee. Why just not to put white chocolate instead of regular chocolate in mocha? It doesn't make any sense. Who created the menu need to think about it because why people need to pay more for just switching chocolate?)

Stopped here yesterday morning for two coffees, and honestly, the worst Customer Service has experienced in years. The two women serving were so rude and dismissive. Won?t go back.

The manager here was very rude and had an extremely bad attitude. After all these years of drinking Costa coffee, she told me that packing required a fee, but there was no price list or anything to prove that this fee was required. She claimed to be the manager of this store and said that no matter who complains, no one would care or take any action against her.
