Disappointed with the service. The staff were noticeably rude and unwelcoming, which really affected the overall experience. I expect basic courtesy, especially in a place that serves the public. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Useless! They wouldn’t do a large decaf americano but with only one of the 4 shots being caffeinated (my cardiologist’s advice). The person serving insisted that it was “against the rules”, despite the fact that costa at St Pancras were more than happy to do one - she wouldn’t budge.
