Would give 0 stars if possible. I am a young woman and asked for the code to the toilet as I was desperate and heavily on my period. The woman gave me the code but it did not work so I went back to the desk to ask again. The man was an utter disgrace and after explaining to him I was desperate and had already been given the code but it did not work, I was told I needed to buy something first. I said I would after but I was very desperate and needed the toilet first. He completely refused to give me the code even after explaining that I was desperate and it was an emergency. He said he was the store manager and he can do what he wants as it is his store. An absolute disgrace to not allow me to go to the toilet which is a basic human need even more so being a woman. I was left completely embarrassed and upset. This 100% needs to be dealt with as there are more people out there which could have a condition and be left feeling as helpless as I did. Absolute disgrace.

Drinks were great as always, but the staff were absolutely incredible. Both lovely and helpful and put a real smile on my face. Cannot reccomend enough and will definitely be coming back

The server wasn't happy at all when I asked for lactose-free option. Eventually he offered a coconut milk. Coffee was not even close to average. The spoon provided was pretty dirty and I asked for a clean one. Not the best coffee shop in Nottingham.

I had a really bad day today and decided to treat myself to my favourite drink, flat white with coconut milk and I need to say that Jake is one of the best barista I have ever dealt with! His service is 10/10, and he knows how to put a smile on your face!

Called in while waiting for an appointment. Wasn't impressed, chipped cups although the server did change them. Prices increased again, took a long time to clear the tables. Toilets were absolutely disgusting ? I have never seen a seat in the state that was in. Definitely not from one day's use. (Ingrained stains) Not hygienic at all, did have soap/water though. Overall not a pleasant visit. Will not be back.
