Friendly staff. Nothing a problem when ordering, nice spacious new place ,
Wheelchair accessibility: There no steps to get into the coffee shop and there space out tables for a wheelchair to get round the shop , staff would help to carry your tray if needed

Ordered on deliveroo but apparently they couldnt be bothered to make my wrap and toastie so they just crossed it off the receipt and only sent the 2 drinks i Ordered. No apology or refund from them, had to go through deliveroo. First time Ordering from here and will be the last. Awful service.

A lady approached me asking for the code for the toilet as I didn?t know it she approached a member of staff who told her 2468 but she still couldn?t access the code and at that point she approached a male member of staff with very short dark hair and glasses ,the staff member came swiftly over to the lady and patronisingly said ?that?s not the toilet ?he then entered the code and stormed off ,how rude can you be to customers that are actually paying your wages ,also because it is a new building you should expect that customers may not know there way around it .

I'm a big fun of costa coffee but I wouldn't choose to visit this one again. A bit dirty, flies flying on top of your order, I'd prefer to visit one of the local coffee shops next time.

Ordered a large Cappuccino ?wet? but when I got home & the froth was settled it was only a medium. Very disappointed for the price of a large Cappuccino!

It?s the most expensive Costa shop but on the top of that all table outside the filing it?s like the pissa the awing not work ,the front door it?s broken, the air conditioner blowing cold,and they raise the price Up every single month,greedy owner by my opinion!!!
