Me and my wife visited a number of Costa Coffees across the country over the year. This one we visit for a couple of hours every Monday evening whilst our son is at wrestling training. All the staff are well presented, and polite and helpful. I am disabled and they always offer to bring my hot drinks to my table. The premises are always clean and tidy.

I go here everyday for my morning coffee ( i use the drive thru) and all the staff are excellent , I'd like to give missy a 5 star rating as she serves me most mornings and her happy , friendly vibe always puts a smile on my face ? what more could you want than great coffee and service with a smile

Not busy, with three or four staff on duty, but the floor was still badly in need of sweeping. Even the windowsill was covered in crumbs!

Been coming here for past 2 weeks, such a pleasant experience but today was awful first they was no greeting despite me saying hello the woman said eating in or not in a rude manner. I then asked for glass and ice with my orange juice when my sausage cob is brought out, with no reply she handed me a costa plastic cup. My sausage cob was just sat on the side and if it wasn?t for me going toilet I would have never realised, bearing in mind I only have 30 min lunch break. The cob was not even hot anymore. Don?t wanna come here again if she?s here rude cow

Sat at a table, had to wipe it down myself. Floor is dirty, 4 staff behind the counter. Wife went and ordered the drinks. Gave them to her in paper cups. Wife told them we were drinking in, staff got attitude and slammed drinks down when swapped for glass mugs. No offer of ginger bread man in gb late. Overall, crap.

Whent to Aldi to do some shopping called into Costa Coffee for a drink of coffee the staff were vary helpful the place was clean will go again!.

Tara is extremely rude and even rolled her eyes while serving me because I took just a second to decide on drink size! I've seen other people say similar about how rude she is. She definitely shouldn't work in a customer facing role! She should be a toilet cleaner.
