Food is alright, could be better. Availability of stock is a bit of an issue. Staff are great. Atmosphere could be better if it was less noisy and cleaned often.

I consider myself to be a bit of a Costa coffee regular, wherever I am I find a Costa shop.This store is by far the worst one in every way.Store staff stood around doing nothing, and they generally have more staff than most city centre stores.Management are incompetent as they never order enough. There is always something out of stock, especially large cups for hot drinks and cold drinks cups.Horrendous queues always, no system, and if they do have one, it doesn't work.Staff can be abrupt and rude. Working with the public requires time, patience, understanding, and being friendly, but even more so, being in a hospital.If I was whitbread, I wouldn't be happy about this store and my name being above the door.

Great coffee,latte ang cappuccino everytime and all staff are absolutely fantastic always positive and smileyand to top it off very honest! I left my mobile there and they put it in the back and my hubby picked it up next morning sooo thank you Costa coffee we love you??

Very expensive for a horrible food. The croissant wasn't fresh. The sandwich was way too expensive. My wife and I didn't enjoy it. Better pack your own food if going to QMC.

Good service and no queue at all today but I believe that was only due to the fact that everyone thought it was closed as the main entrance boarded up.

Been using this Costa for a while as we regularly go to the hospital, usually very friendly staff, but today a blonde woman with a foreign accent was very rude. She brought me the drinks, but was missing the cream, so she took the drinks back and put cream on, still missing the caramel sprinkles so I asked her to add the sprinkles, she rolled her eyes at me, put the sprinkles on then slammed the drinks down on the counter. If she doesn't like her job I suggest she quit as that's unacceptable. I've never had an issue here before, the staff are usually extremely friendly and make the drinks perfectly.
