I went to this store last week, and it was the worse service I have ever had. If Carlsberg made racist coffee then Costa coffee Nottingham drive through would be it's flag ship store. Toilets disgusting, no toilet paper . Hand soap dispenser practically touching the sink so you can’t access soap. Tables from previous guests not cleaned . Counter service with no friendly welcoming approach .
