Had a lovely experience at Costa in Vic Centre today. Batista called Chris (I think) was lovely, polite and made me smile. I was having a bad day but she made it just that little better with her customer service.

I am from Canada and was visiting the mall Sunday afternoon. Stopped at Costa to grab a cappuccino. Unfortunately the entire cup spilled on the table. BUT the super girls from the team took care of it instantly and were comforting me for my own mistake. Immediately surprised me with another cappuccino that I wasn't even expecting. I heartedly appreciate this gesture of ultimate customer service and left an unforgettable encounter with the sweetest team in the world. Thank you so so much

I had a wonderful experience at Costa today, thanks to the amazing barista, Kat. She was incredibly friendly and patient, taking the time to help me decide on the perfect coffee order. I was a bit indecisive, but she explained the different options and made great recommendations based on my preferences. Her warm personality and excellent customer service made my visit so enjoyable. The coffee was delicious, and her attentiveness really stood out. Thank you, Kat, for making my day better! I?ll definitely be back.

Asked for medium lattee. Recieved small. They then replaced with medium but with over an inch of foam. I am again not impressed here

Walked in and out within a second..way too hot! , absolutely awful, there was no air conditioning, will not be back, instead went to Muffin Break.
