Had a lovely experience at Costa in Vic Centre today. Batista called Chris (I think) was lovely, polite and made me smile. I was having a bad day but she made it just that little better with her customer service.

Forgot my all day breakfast wrap, coffee was like filled half way up the cup. No value for money won't be returning.

Shut several minutes before closing time. Staff were laughing at us for asking so not great.
