Absolutely poor! We had the Seafood Linguine and the cheeseburger delivered. The seafood linguine tasted like a ready meal from a supermarket. Overcooked fish, no scallops at all, it was lukewarm and tasteless. Rubbery prawns. Horrible. Cheeseburger was overcooked, cold. Onion ring was hard, felt like we could break a tooth. Coleslaw was missing from the order. Overall a poor experience. Avoid!

Came here with family Sunday afternoon, service was slow even though it was quiet. The Napoli chicken was way over cooked, and the burger was tasteless.

This place has gone down hill. The food menu is uninspiring, appears to be more like standard pub grub. Not how I remember it. There was no Friday night vibe either. We had booked for dinner, but bailed after 1 drink to go somewhere else.

Visited for breakfast on Sunday, we had the breakfast bap, eggs florentine and a kids breakfast. It was all delicious. Staff were extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend :)

Came for lunch used to love this place, every table in the venu was dirty full of plates with no effort to clear them in the whole time I was here. I was disappointed to have to order at the bar after years of being used to table service. A rare lunch date with my hubby turned out to be very disappointing experience surrounded by unattended tables. Such a shame

Went to copper with another couple after really good recommendationsFriends ordered from the breakfast menu at 11:35We ordered breakfast and 2 hot drinks at 11:45am to be told they weren?t taking breakfast orders anymore as the chef was prepping for Sunday lunchThe menu states breakfast is available until 12pm and we hadn?t been told of any change of service when coming inThe table hadn?t been cleaned and had other customers food crumbs onThat was never picked up on?We were told that there was 1 chef instead of 3 and that?s why he was strugglingSo instead, we ordered a ciabatta and a burgerI hadn?t noticed on the menu that ciabattas only available Monday - Saturday, but neither did the server5 minutes later, she comes over to explain the chef couldn?t do that so again, I had to pick something elseMy ciabatta was refunded (still waiting for it to be processed but I?m trying to have good faith)So we?ve ordered our lunch as our friends are being served theres, bit of an awkward environmentThe server mentioned there was roughly a 20 minute wait on foodUnderstandable but even more awkward waitingAfter waiting for our hot drinks for 25 minutes, I had to remind the waitress for them to which we got them 5 minutes after thatOur dinner was eventually served after our friends had finished eating.The chicken tasted very strange, the peas were cold, Swiss cheese was not nice at all but I?ll happily put that down to personal preference.5 minutes through our dinner, a waiter brought out (somehow) cold and burnt onion rings randomlyClearly another mistake as they tried to offer us another burger and went around asking customers if they?d ordered a burgerFood was below averageRubbish serviceWon?t be coming back

Visited Copper today for the first time. Hubby and I were looking for a full English to start the day. Took the dog with us too. Staff were exceptionally friendly, was busy but not full and breakfast was served quickly and the best we've had for quite a while. Highly

Our first visit, but it won't be our last. Good food - We had the fishcake ciabatta and lattes. Both were excellent, as were the chips.Friendly staff and comfortable seats. Well worth a visit.Parking: Plenty of free 2 hour parking close by

as a regular i couldn?t recommend copper mapperley more! the staff are super kind and funny, the food is AMAZING and the community around the quiz always makes for the best night :)
