We go to Gilt for breakfast when visiting family. Everything about it is very good. Lovely food, great staff and lovely building. I had eggs benidict yesterday, eggs perfectly done, very nice.

Extremely disappointed. We booked a table for Sunday dinner at 4:45 PM, four days in advance, and confirmed the reservation as requested. However, just 35 minutes before our booking, we received a call informing us that Sunday dinner was no longer available due to an unexpected number of walk-ins. Despite having a confirmed booking, our meals were effectively given away to others who hadn?t reserved. This left our family without the meal we had planned for ? and, most upsettingly, two very disappointed children who had been looking forward to it. It?s incredibly frustrating that a pre-booked and confirmed reservation wasn?t honoured.

After leaving another restaurant due to atrocious service we turned up at Gilt in Bingham to a warm welcome and had a fabulous evening meal sitting outside in the sunshine. The staff were great, food fantastic, atmosphere wonderful and a lovely evening. Highly recommend.

Couldn?t recommend highly enough. Went for our first Mother?s Day with our almost 3 month old baby, they accommodated us to our own quiet space as he was quite over stimulated and the service was excellent they all went above and beyond. Food was also amazing.

Celebrated a 50th birthday party in the fantastic Function Room. Recommend everything - own bar, toilets, buffet room and dance floor. The buffet menu was fantastic; plenty of food, both hot and cold. We didn?t know the room even existed.
Will and all the staff so friendly and helpful. Certainly use it again
